Irish country music star Ronnie Kennedy will be laid to rest on Wednesday.
onnie, who played accordion and keyboards with Daniel O’Donnell’s band for decades, died after a long battle with cancer on Friday.
He is survived by his wife Fran and their children Alan, Karen, Gary, Derek and Laura.
Mr. Kennedy’s funeral will be at St. Mark’s Church, Springfield, Tallaght at 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning September 22, followed by interment in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
